Alister is a leading Perth plastic surgeon, having been involved with Bethesda Hospital for more than 15 years and holding a Director position over that period. He chairs the Medical Advisory Committee, the Credentialing and Scope of Practice Committee as well as the Clinical Quality and Safety Committee. Previous Board roles he has held include Chairman, Western Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons and President, Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
